Confessional Friday

Confessional Friday.

You should too. You know that you have something to confess hah.

Here are mine. drum roll, if you will. . . 

1.  This is awful y'all, but I finally wrote my World Vision child, Brelin, a personal letter after 5 months.  Here is a picture of my sweet girl, who I do pray for very often and hope to visit one day. The letter was a good start to building that relationship with her family. Hopefully, I will hear back from her (family) soon and I will share with you all. 

2. I confess that I wish I liked school more than I do right now. I love kids and I think that I have the gift of teaching, but I really despise my education classes. :/ 

3. I confess that I do not mind getting up and going to work out at 5:30 in the a.m. I am one of those weird morning people. Not to say that I do not ever sleep in because I definitely do ;) !

Also, I wake up excited about going to get my coffee and cereal. Seriously y'all it is the first thing that I go do. 

4. This is a good confession-- I love reading devotions I read them online and Jesus Calling is the best one, go get it right now if you do not already have it (Thanks Van, it was the best gift ever) !! God is SO GOOD to keep my hopes high and faith strong through scripture and these devotions.

5. My big confession is that I spend way too much time worrying because my biggest fear is failure.  I am learning that I cause myself more stress that is necessary, and that my fear is screaming that I do not trust God with everything in my life.  I am learning to trust more and more every day. 

6. I confess that I love the country and I miss living in the middle of no where. I hope to live back in the country one day soon. 

 I want this . . . quiet and simple.
